1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion powder
Stir together all ingredients except crackers in bowl. Serve spread at room temperature with crackers.
Spread can be made 2 to 3 days in advance without the toasted almonds and kept covered in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature for serving and stir in almonds. Adding the almonds too soon causes them to get soft.
