Browned Butter Garlic Noodles

A childhood favorite you forgot how much you loved. Browning the butter and toasting the garlic brings this simple pasta dish to a new level.

6 ounces uncooked dried wide egg noodles

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper


Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt in large saucepan. Add garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, watching closely, 3-5 minutes or until butter foams and just starts to turn delicate golden color. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles until well coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
