Ingredients

1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter

2 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon espresso powder

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

 

Powdered sugar, as desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 2 (4- to 6-ounce) ceramic ramekins with no-stick cooking spray; set ramekins onto sturdy baking sheet. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Place butter and chocolate in small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Whisk in sugar, espresso powder, egg, and flour until well mixed.

  3. STEP 3

    Divide batter between prepared ramekins. Bake 11-13 minutes or until cakes have risen around edges but still jiggle in center.

  4. STEP 4

    Turn out onto serving plates; garnish with powdered sugar as desired. Serve immediately.
