3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/2 vanilla bean, scrape seeds from inside
Place butter pieces into one-pint canning jar; set aside.
Place heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean seeds into 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low just until it comes to a boil. Pour cream mixture over butter pieces. Screw lid tightly onto jar and shake until butter pieces are fully melted. Serve immediately.
