1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into small pieces

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

2 teaspoons powdered sugar

1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped from inside

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place butter pieces into 1-pint canning jar; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Place whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla bean seeds into 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat just until it comes to a boil. Pour cream mixture over butter pieces. Screw lid tightly onto jar; shake until butter pieces are fully melted. Serve immediately.
