3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add egg yolk; beat until well mixed. Add flour and graham cracker crumbs; beat until well mixed.
Place dough into cookie press fitted with desired template. Press cookies, 1 inch apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 5-6 minutes or until cookies just begin to brown on edges. Cool 2 minutes. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely.
For best success, use simple cookie press dies without small detail.
