2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg*
2 teaspoons Clarified Butter
*Substitute 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients except clarified butter in small saucepan; whisk to combine. Heat over low heat until bubbles form around edge of pan and milk is steaming. Remove from heat; add clarified butter. Blend in blender or with immersion blender until frothy. Pour into 2 mugs; drink warm.
You can also use salted or unsalted Land O Lakes® Butter in place of the clarified butter in this recipe.
