1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, cut in half
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 400°F.
Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; return to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until fork tender. Drain.
Melt Garlic & Herb Butter Spread in pot used to cook potatoes. Mix in Parmesan cheese. Add potatoes; stir to coat. Spread in even layer on baking sheet. Roast, turning once after 15 minutes, 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are deeply golden brown.
