BLT Salad


Salad Dressing

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt


1 (10-ounce) package lettuce

2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 medium avocado, peeled, cut into wedges

6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese, cut into julienne strips

8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all salad dressing ingredients in bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    Place lettuce onto platter or into individual salad bowls. Arrange tomatoes and avocado on lettuce; top with cheese and bacon. Pour dressing over salad.
