Bow Tie & Swiss Salad

12 ounces (5 cups) uncooked dried bow tie pasta (farfalle)

4 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed, trimmed

1 1/2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes

3/4 cup Italian salad dressing

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain.

  2. STEP 2

    Stack cheese slices; cut into thin strips.

  3. STEP 3

    Toss together cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Serve immediately.
