Broccoli Peanut Toss

7 cups broccoli florets, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

4 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes


1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss to combine.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all dressing ingredients in bowl. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
