Bacon & Egg Sandwich


1 teaspoon Land O Lakes® Butter

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, beaten

2 slices crisply cooked bacon, cut in half

1 (3/4-ounce) slice Land O Lakes® Deli American

1 whole wheat bagel, split, toasted, buttered

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt butter in 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Pour egg into skillet. Cook 30 seconds; lift edge of egg with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath 2-3 minutes or until egg is set. Fold egg to fit bagel.

  2. STEP 2

    Place bacon onto bottom half of bagel. Top with cheese slice, cooked egg and top half of bagel.

Tip #1

- Add tomato and lettuce to make a BLT egg sandwich.

Tip #2

- Add mayonnaise or mustard to make your sandwich extra zesty.
