Broccoli & Cheese Soup

1 (14-ounce) can chicken broth

1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli

1 cup Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place chicken broth and broccoli in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 4-6 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir together half & half and flour in bowl until smooth. Slowly add flour mixture to soup, stirring constantly. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheese until melted.
