Banana Cream Parfaits with Granola
 

Ingredients

Granola

1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

3 (5x2-inch) (1/2 cup) graham crackers, coarsely chopped

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

Parfaits

1 (3.4-ounce) box instant banana cream-flavored pudding and pie filling mix

2 cups Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half

1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries and/or blueberries

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. 

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all granola ingredients in medium bowl; stir well to combine. Spread into lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake, stirring once, 11-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely; break apart.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine pudding mix and half & half in bowl. Beat according to package directions. Place plastic food wrap directly onto surface of pudding. Refrigerate until ready to assemble parfaits.

  4. STEP 4

    Layer parfait ingredients starting with 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup pudding and 1/4 cup berries; repeat layers ending with granola.

  5. STEP 5

    Serve immediately or cover each and refrigerate up to 2 hours.

Tip #1

Double granola recipe to make extra granola for snacking.

Tip #2

Omit the pudding and use vanilla yogurt for a healthy breakfast.
