2 to 3 large ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks


1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter


Chopped peanuts

Sweetened flaked coconut

Multi-colored decorator candies

Chopped peanut butter baking chips

Coarsely crushed graham crackers

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Line tray or baking sheet with waxed paper.

  2. STEP 2

    Place banana chunks onto prepared tray. Freeze at least 30 minutes or until bananas are firm.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine chocolate chips and butter in bowl. Microwave 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted.

  4. STEP 4

    Remove bananas from freezer. Use two forks to dip each banana chunk into chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place onto prepared tray. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Let stand until set. Serve immediately or freeze until serving time.

Tip #1

- Reheat chocolate in microwave 10 seconds or until melted, if it becomes too thick for dipping.

Tip #2

- Store frozen in resealable plastic freezer bag up to 2 weeks. Thaw at room temperature 15 minutes to soften, if desired.

Tip #3

- Insert toothpick or pretzel stick into each banana bite before freezing, if desired.
