Chocolate Chip Toffee Diamonds

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and pecans in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  3. STEP 3

    Spread batter into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Allow chocolate to melt slightly. Spread chocolate over bars; sprinkle with pecans. Cool completely. Cut into diamond-shaped bars.
