4 cups fresh vegetables, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (green, red and/or yellow bell pepper, green onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and/or green or ripe olives)

1 (8-ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cubed 3/4-inch

1 (8-ounce) package Monterey Jack cheese, cubed 3/4-inch

16 (4-inch) wooden picks

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Assemble kabobs by alternating vegetable pieces and cheese cubes onto wooden picks.
