Cookie & Candy Topped Cupcakes



1 (15.25- to 16.5-ounce) package butter recipe chocolate cake mix


Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces

Chopped salted peanuts

Chopped pecans

Peanut butter sandwich cookies, crushed

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cups into muffin pan cups; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Prepare cake mix according to package directions for making cupcakes. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons any combination of toppings over each cupcake; press topping lightly into cake batter. (About 1 cup topping will be needed.) Bake cupcakes according to package directions. Cool completely.
