Crispy Oat Butter Cookies

Ingredients
34 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
12 cup sugar
12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
12 teaspoon vanilla
1 34 cups all-purpose flour
12 teaspoon baking soda
14 teaspoon salt
12 cup crushed corn flakes
12 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
14 cup sweetened flaked coconut
14 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with tines of fork. Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden brown..
