Cinnamon-Glazed Carrots

1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced 1/8 inch thick

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine carrots and water in 10-inch skillet. Cover; cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until carrots are crisply tender.

  2. STEP 2

    Uncover; stir in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
