2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

8 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, beaten

2 ounces (1/2 cup) shredded Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

Salt, if desired

Pepper, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add beaten eggs. Cook over medium heat, gently lifting and stirring slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath, 2-4 minutes or until almost set.

  2. STEP 2

    Sprinkle with cheese; stir gently 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
