Easy Turkey Vegetable Soup

2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth

1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn

2 cups cubed cooked turkey

1 (10-ounce) package (3 cups) frozen cut broccoli  

1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained

Salt and pepper, if desired

 *Substitute your favorite frozen mixed vegetables.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, 15-18 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.

  2. STEP 2

    Reduce heat to low.

  3. STEP 3

    Cover; cook 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
