Fruit & Cheese Kabobs

5 cups your favorite fresh fruits (strawberries, apples, cantaloupe, pineapple and/or kiwifruit), cut into 1-inch pieces

1 (8-ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

1 (8-ounce) package Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

16 (4-inch) wooden picks

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Assemble kabobs by alternating fruit pieces and cheese cubes onto wooden picks.

Tip #1

Dip fruit in lemon juice to prevent discoloration, if needed.
