1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/3 cup sugar

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1/4 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup sour cream

3 ounce cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon almond extract


1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Variety of your favorite fruits, cut-up

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine butter and 1/3 cup sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour, milk, almond extract and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed.

  3. STEP 3

    Press dough onto bottom and up sides of ungreased 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom or 12-inch pizza pan; prick with fork. Bake 13-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.

  4. STEP 4

    Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and almond extract in medium bowl; beat at medium speed until well mixed. Spread over cooled crust.

  5. STEP 5

    At serving time, sprinkle with coconut; arrange fruit on top. Store refrigerated.
