1 cup sour cream

1 medium ripe banana

1 teaspoon lime juice

2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon maple-flavored or pure maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1 ripe cantaloupe

2 tablespoons toasted unsweetened coconut, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place sour cream, banana, lime juice, honey, maple syrup and ginger in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend at low speed 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

  2. STEP 2

    Split cantaloupe in half; scoop out each half with melon baller. Place balls in 6 individual dessert dishes. Add sour cream mixture; garnish with coconut.
