Fu-Silly Chili Skillet

4 cups uncooked dried fusilli pasta (thin corkscrew or pasta twists)

1/2 pound Italian turkey sausage or extra-lean ground beef

1 (16-ounce) can chili beans

1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes

3/4 cup fat free sour cream

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

  2. STEP 2

    Cook sausage in 12-inch deep skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain off fat.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir in cooked pasta, chili beans and tomatoes. Continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in sour cream; continue cooking 1 minute or until heated through.
