Grilled Mesquite Hamburgers
 

Ingredients

1 tablespoon mesquite grill seasoning

1 pound lean ground beef

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American

4 leaf lettuce leaves

4 (1/4-inch) slices tomato

4 Kaiser rolls, split

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Layer 1 lettuce leaf and 1 slicetomato onto each bottom half of bun. Top each with 1 burger and top half of bun.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat gas grill on medium orcharcoal grill until coals are ash white.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine ground beef and grill seasoning in medium bowl; mix lightly. Form into 4 (1/4-inch thick) patties.

  4. STEP 4

    Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; let melt slightly.
