Ingredients
4 ounces uncooked dried fettuccine
4 ounces uncooked dried spinach fettuccine
4 cup1
2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic1 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half

4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, thawed

4 teaspoon pepper3
4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese8 ounces cooked ham, cut into thin strips

How to make

STEP 1
Cook both pastas in 4-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain; set aside.

Melt butter in same pan until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until tender. Stir in half & half, parsley, peas and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until heated through.

Stir in cooked fettuccine, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and ham. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4-6 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
