Gingered Fruit Dip
 

Ingredients

2 cups sour cream

2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons peach or apricot preserves

2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger

 

Assorted fresh or dried fruit, cut up

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients except fruit in bowl. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

  2. STEP 2

    Serve with fresh fruit. Store refrigerated.
