Greek-Style Layered Spread

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Greek seasoning


1 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup sliced ripe or kalamata olives

1 (4-ounce) package (3/4 cup) crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts



How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all spread ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread onto large serving plate to 1 inch of edge.

  2. STEP 2

    Top with spinach, olives and feta cheese. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

  3. STEP 3

    Sprinkle with pine nuts right before serving. Serve with crackers.

Tip #1

To make ahead, prepare spread as directed above. Cover; refrigerate. Place toppings over spread 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate until serving time.
