Ham & Broccoli Alfredo Pizza


Alfredo Sauce

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/3 cup milk

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend, cut into quarters


1 14-ounce round pre-baked Italian pizza crust

4 ounces (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cooked ham

1 cup chopped broccoli

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 450°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in small saucepan until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Add milk and nutmeg; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.

  3. STEP 3

    Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet. Spread Alfredo sauce over pizza crust. Layer with ham, broccoli and cheese.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is light golden brown. Cut into 8 wedges.

Tip #1

- Refrigerated Alfredo sauce can replace the Alfredo sauce in the recipe.
