8 slices Vienna or Italian bread

1/2 cup chutney

4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese, cut in half

8 (1-ounce) slices deli ham

1 to 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon chutney. To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, chutney-side up, with 1 piece cheese, 2 slices ham, 1 piece cheese and second bread slice, chutney-side down. Lightly brush butter on top and bottom of each sandwich.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat 10-inch skillet or griddle. Place sandwiches into skillet. Cook over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Turn; continue cooking until golden brown.
