Malted Fudge Sauce
Stir in 3 tablespoons malt powder.
Orange Fudge Sauce
Stir in 2 tablespoons orange liqueur or 1 teaspoon orange extract.
Pumpkin (or Apple) Spice Fudge Sauce
Stir in 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice.
Raspberry Jalapeño

Tip #1
To create different flavors, divide basic fudge sauce between two bowls. Stir half of desired flavor variation ingredients into each bowl.
Tip #2
Pour this rich fudge sauce over ice cream, use as filling in cake or as fondue by spearing your favorite dippers, such as strawberries, bananas or angel food cake pieces and dipping them into warm hot fudge sauce.
Tip #3
Stir 1 tablespoon of any of our fudge sauce variations into your coffee.
Tip #4
Create the ultimate hot chocolate by stirring 1/4 cup fudge sauce into a cup of warm milk.
Tip #5
For the smoothest sauce, use chopped chocolate or high-quality chocolate chips. Classic chocolate chips often have wax in them to help them keep their shape.
