Italian Bow Tie Salad

4 ounces (1 1/2 cups) uncooked bow tie pasta

1 cup pitted ripe olives, drained, halved

1/2 cup vinaigrette Italian dressing

6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed 1/2 inch

4 Roma tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Tip #1

Place salad in covered container and store inside cold picnic cooler when transporting.
