Icy Fruit Cups with Lemonade

4 medium (2 cups) ripe plums, pitted, sliced 1/4-inch

3 medium (2 cups) ripe peaches, pitted, sliced 1/4-inch

3 small (1 cup) ripe apricots, pitted, sliced 1/8-inch

1 cup seedless green grapes

1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

2 cups lime-flavored mineral water

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all fruit in bowl; toss lightly. Divide fruit mixture among 6 cups.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir together lemonade and mineral water in pitcher; pour over fruit in cups. Cover; freeze 8 hours or overnight.

Tip #1

Cover each cup with plastic food wrap; seal with rubber band. Keep refrigerated in cooler. Eat fruit frozen and drink lemonade or have a thawed fruited lemonade beverage.
