Italian Pasta 'n Chicken Salad

4 ounces (1 cup) uncooked dried medium pasta shells

1 cup cubed cooked chicken

4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 medium (1 cup) carrot, sliced

1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained

3/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Lettuce leaves

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all salad ingredients except dressing and lettuce leaves in bowl. Add pasta and dressing; toss lightly to coat.

  3. STEP 3

    Line serving plates with lettuce leaves; top with salad mixture.
