Italian Turkey Stroganoff

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

12 ounces Italian-seasoned ground turkey

1 medium (1 cup) onion, sliced

6 ounces (about 3 cups) baby broccoli, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

1 pint (1 1/2 cups) grape tomatoes, halved

3 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons milk

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add ground turkey and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until turkey is cooked through and no longer pink.

  2. STEP 2

    Add baby broccoli; cook 3-4 minutes or until broccoli turns bright green and begins to soften. Add tomatoes; cook 1 minute or until heated through.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir in cream cheese and milk until well mixed; cook 1 minute or until heated through.
