Mexican Bean & Turkey Burrito


4 (10-inch) flour tortillas

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 pound thinly sliced deli turkey

4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Hot Pepper American,   cut in half

1/2 cup black beans, rinsed, drained

1/2 cup sliced green onions

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

 *Substitute 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce. Layer each tortilla with 1/4 turkey, 2 slices cheese, 2 tablespoons black beans and 2 tablespoons green onion; roll up burrito-style.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add burritos. Cook over medium heat, turning once, 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
