Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) bag Land O Lakes® Gouda & Havarti Cheese Cubes

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Lemon peel slices of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic, smashed

1 teaspoon black or multi-color whole peppercorns

1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes packed in oil, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup (6 ounces) Mixed Greek olive medley, pitted, drained, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place all ingredients except olives, if using, in 4-cup glass measure or straight-sided jar; stir to combine. Fully submerge contents in oil to  prevent early spoilage. Let cheese marinate at least 6 hours or up to 5 days.

  2. STEP 2

    Let stand at least 1 hour to come to room temperature before serving. Add olives, if desired, to mixture before serving; stir to combine. Drain excess oil as desired to serve; reserve any drained oil for storage. Mixture may be stored refrigerated up to 5 days.
