On-the-Go Gummy Candy Bars
 

Ingredients

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 (10-ounce) bag (about 6 cups) mini marshmallows

6 cups crispy corn puffs cereal

4 cups crisp rice squares cereal

2 cups assorted colored gummy candies  

 *Substitute 1 (5.4-ounce) package fruit snacks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Grease 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.

  3. STEP 3

    Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and candies; toss to coat well. Press into prepared pan. Let stand 30 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    Cut into bars. Wrap each bar in plastic food wrap.

Tip #1

You can substitute Jujube candies or gumdrops for the gummy candies.
