Pineapple, Ham & Swiss Appetizers


1/4 cup pineapple preserves  

12 reduced fat baked whole wheat wafer crackers

2 (1-ounce) slices deli ham, each cut into 6 (1 1/4-inch) strips

3 (1/2-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese, each cut into 4 strips

12 fresh parsley leaves

 *Substitute orange marmalade.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 1 teaspoon preserves onto each cracker; top with 1 folded strip ham and 1 folded strip cheese. Garnish with parsley. Secure with toothpicks.

  2. STEP 2

    Serve immediately or cover with plastic food wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
