Parsley Buttered Potato Wedges

1 (24-ounce) package frozen potato wedges

1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Bake potato wedges as directed on package.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in parsley and salt. Immediately pour over hot potatoes; gently stir to coat.
