4 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried egg noodles

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sliced 1/4-inch green onions

2 medium (2 cups) zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1 cup frozen whole kernel corn

6 ounces cooked ham,   cut into 1 1/2x1/4-inch strips

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

 *Substitute 6 ounces cooked link sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Toss with 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Keep warm.

  2. STEP 2

    Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add green onions, zucchini and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir in corn, ham, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until zucchini is crisply tender and mixture is heated through. Serve over hot cooked noodles with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
