Pale Ale Beer Queso Dip



1 1/4 pounds sliced Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered

1 1/4 cups pale ale beer  

1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard


Red and green bell pepper strips

Soft pretzel pieces

 *Substitute non-alcoholic light beer.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all queso ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until melted and smooth.

  2. STEP 2

    Serve with desired dippers.

Tip #1

Dip will thicken as it cools. Serve warm or at room temperature.
