1 ¹/₄ cups pale ale beer

¹/₂ teaspoon spicy brown mustard

Dippers

Red and green bell pepper strips

How to make

STEP 1

Combine all queso ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until melted and smooth.
STEP 2

Serve with desired dippers.
