Rich Buttery Caramel Sauce

How to make
Combine all ingredients except whipping cream in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-10 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in whipping cream. Serve warm.
This caramel sauce is a great sweet ice cream topping to give as a hostess gift or when you want to give a small food gift to someone special.
Keep refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. To reheat, microwave 45-60 seconds; stir well.
