Roasted Chickpeas

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed, drained

1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Place chickpeas onto layers of paper towels; pat dry.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine butter, garlic, parsley, salt and lemon juice in bowl; mix well. Add chickpeas; gently stir until evenly coated.

  4. STEP 4

    Spread chickpeas in single layer onto prepared pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 14-18 minutes or until deep golden brown.
