S'more Graham Cracker Crisps

12 (5x2 1/2-inch) double chocolate graham crackers  

3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

3/4 cup salted peanuts

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups miniature marshmallows

 *Substitute regular flavor graham crackers.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Place graham crackers onto pan in single layer; sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and peanuts.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 240°F.

  4. STEP 4

    Pour butter mixture immediately over chocolate chips and peanuts. Bake 6-8 minutes or until bars are bubbly around edges. Sprinkle with marshmallows; continue baking 3-4 minutes or until marshmallows are softened. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
