Sesame Carrots Gourmet

4 medium (2 cups) carrots, cut into 2x1/4-inch strips

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus cuts, thawed, drained

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil in 2-quart saucepan; add carrots. Cover; cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until carrots are crisply tender. Drain; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in same saucepan until sizzling. Stir in carrots and all remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until asparagus is crisply tender.
