1 cup sour cream

1 medium ripe banana

1 teaspoon lime juice

2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon pure maple syrup


4 cups melon balls (cantaloupe, honeydew, casaba, Santa Claus, etc.)

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place all cream ingredients in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Cover; process 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

  2. STEP 2

    Place 3/4 cup assorted melon balls in individual dessert dishes; top each serving with 1/4 cup cream mixture.
