Swiss Parmesan Halibut

Ingredients
2 pounds (about 1 inch thick) halibut steaks or fillets,1
4 teaspoon salt1 (3/4-ounce) slice Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese, coarsely chopped
1
4 cup sour cream1
4 cup mayonnaise3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 450°F. Pat halibut dry with paper towels; place into greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle halibut with salt.

Combine Swiss cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons green onion in small bowl. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over halibut; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 15-20 minutes or until halibut flakes with fork; sprinkle with remaining green onion and paprika, if desired.

- Halibut is a fish that is white in color, has a mild flavor and is firm in texture.
Tip #2
- To be sure seasoning topping adheres to the fish, frozen fish should be completely thawed. Patting fish dry with paper towel also helps.
